What is Starleads?
Starleads (starleads.in) is an Indian online store for B2B contact lists: ready-made Excel lists of businesses and professionals by industry, state and city, with names, mobile numbers, emails and addresses where available. How much does a contact list cost?
Every ready-made list costs ₹499, whatever its size, and a custom list from the list builder costs ₹499 per industry. No GST is added at checkout: the price you see is the price you pay.
Can I see the data before I buy?
Yes. Every list shows 60 real contacts on its page (phone numbers and emails partly masked) and how many records have each detail, and the 60-contact sample can be downloaded free as an Excel file.
How do I pay?
By UPI: scan the store's UPI QR code with any UPI app, such as Google Pay, PhonePe or Paytm, and enter the payment reference (UTR). Starleads confirms the payment and releases the files.
How is the list delivered?
As an Excel workbook (an overview, the data sheet and a field guide) in your Starleads account once the payment is confirmed, with an email link. The download link works for 30 days. Lists above 2.5 lakh contacts come as a ZIP with one workbook per state.
Is there a list for my industry or city?
Each of the 100 industries is sold All-India, state by state and city by city, plus narrower specialisations, covering 536 cities. If a list is missing, request it and Starleads replies with a count and a price, usually within a working day.
Can I combine several industries, states and cities?
Yes, with the list builder: pick up to 10 industries and any states or cities, and keep only contacts that have a mobile number, an email or a contact person. The count and price show before you buy.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Every paid order has an invoice to download from its order page.
What if a file is faulty?
Before delivery an order can be cancelled for a full refund. After delivery, files that are corrupt or materially different from the description are replaced or refunded if reported within 7 days.
Can I use the numbers for calls and SMS?
For lawful B2B marketing, yes. Check numbers against the TRAI NCPR (Do Not Disturb) registry before promotional calls or SMS, say who you are, and stop contacting anyone who asks you to.
How can someone have their details removed?
Anyone whose phone number or email appears in the lists can ask on the Remove my data page. Once verified, it is left out of every future sample and download.
