1. Licence
Starleads grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime licence to use the database for your own outreach, marketing, and sales activities. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicence the data in any form.
2. Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring your outreach complies with applicable laws including the DPDP Act 2023, TRAI regulations, and DND registries. Starleads is not liable for misuse.
3. Accuracy
We guarantee 90%+ accuracy at time of delivery. Data is provided “as is” — we make no warranty of fitness for any specific purpose.
4. Refund & cancellation
See our Refund Policy. Because the full database is shared instantly after payment, refunds are not available post-delivery.
