Before delivery
If you paid but your files have not been delivered yet, you can cancel the order and receive a full refund. Write to us with your order number.
After delivery
Data files are digital goods that cannot be returned once downloaded, so delivered orders are not refundable for a change of mind. We will replace the file or refund you, in full or in part, if within 7 days of delivery you show us that:
- the file is corrupt or cannot be opened and we cannot send a working copy;
- the file contains substantially fewer records than stated on the product page; or
- the data is materially different from the product description and the free sample (for example, a different industry or city).
Individual contacts that have changed, do not answer or are registered on the DND list are not grounds for a refund — contact data naturally changes over time, which is why every list shows its sample and field coverage up front.
Duplicate purchases
If you bought the same list twice by mistake, or bought a list that is fully included in another list in the same order, tell us within 7 days and we'll refund the duplicate.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method or bank account within 7 working days of approval.
