Faridabad's factory belts and what they make
A list of companies in Faridabad is, more than anything, a list of manufacturers. Job seekers look for the well-known employers such as Escorts Kubota and JCB. Sellers need the component makers, job shops, stockists and traders that supply those plants and the rest of the National Capital Region:
- Auto components and engineering: sheet-metal, forging, machining and rubber parts for vehicle makers across NCR, made in the industrial sectors such as Sectors 24 and 25, along Mathura Road and around Ballabgarh.
- Tractors and machinery: Escorts Kubota's tractor plants and JCB's construction equipment works at Ballabgarh, each with its own supplier base.
- Older industrial areas: NIT (New Industrial Township), the DLF Industrial Area and Mujesar, where small units sit beside warehouses and showrooms, and HSIIDC's IMT Faridabad for newer plants.
- Export and import: firms that ship engineering goods and other products abroad, using ICD Tughlakabad just across the Delhi border and Delhi's air cargo terminal.
- Trade and services: the markets of NIT, Old Faridabad and Ballabgarh, plus hospitals, schools, builders and housing societies across the newer sectors.
Registers and associations, and their gaps
- HSIIDC, Haryana's industrial development corporation, manages IMT Faridabad and puts its estate details online, but not who to call in them.
- The Faridabad Industries Association and other local associations keep member lists, mostly for members. PHDCCI, the chamber for northern India, has Haryana members too.
- MCA master data is fine for checking one registered company or LLP you already know of. Faridabad has plenty of those, but also a long tail of proprietorships in NIT and Ballabgarh that MCA never shows.
- Vehicle makers' vendor lists are private. The only way to find their suppliers is by area and trade.
So a Faridabad industries list with working phone numbers has to be built from addresses and trades, which is what a directory in Excel does.
Faridabad lists you can download
The Faridabad Business Directory covers 49,897 businesses in the city. 95% of the rows include a mobile number and 39% an email, and 51% name the owner or another contact person. The list page has 60 sample rows on view, and a free Excel sample lets you check the columns at your desk.
Areas with the most businesses in the directory:
- New Industrial Township: 1,875 listed
- Ballabhgarh: 658 listed
- NIT: 645 listed
- Mathura Road: 508 listed
- Old: 295 listed
- Sector 16: 294 listed
- Sector 37: 178 listed
- Sector 15: 172 listed
Faridabad addresses mix area names with sector numbers, and NIT is sometimes written out in full, so merge these by hand before you plan visits. Not every row carries an area name; the address column fills the gaps.

Who buys Faridabad company data
- Steel stockists, coil service centres and fastener dealers selling to the component makers.
- CNC, press, welding and paint-shop equipment suppliers, and the service engineers who maintain them.
- Packaging, pallet and transport firms, and customs brokers near ICD Tughlakabad working for exporters.
- Safety gear, uniform, canteen and housekeeping contractors for plants that run shifts.
- Delhi-based distributors and brands looking for dealers just south of the Delhi border.
Selling to Faridabad firms
- Find the purchase desk. In a mid-sized plant the owner signs the order, but the purchase executive decides who gets a meeting. Our guide on reaching purchase managers covers how they buy.
- Speak Hindi on the phone. Business talk here is in Hindi; English is for quotations and email. A plain opener works: "Namaste sir, hum Sector 25 se CR coil cut-to-size supply karte hain. Aapke yahan press parts bante hain?"
- Group visits by belt. Mathura Road is slow at peak hours. Do NIT and the old areas one day, Sectors 24 and 25 another, and Ballabgarh and IMT on a third. The Delhi Metro's Violet Line runs down the city to Ballabgarh and helps for the central stretch.
- Send papers by email. Larger units want a quotation and company profile before a visit. Our cold email templates keep that first message short.
- Mind the DND register. Read our DND rules for B2B calling before the first round of calls.

NIT, the DLF Industrial Area, Mujesar, Sectors 24 and 25, the Mathura Road belt, Ballabgarh and IMT Faridabad. Many smaller units also work from mixed areas in the old town.
