The quick answer
Export companies in Noida are mostly garment and textile export houses, with handicraft, home furnishing, leather footwear, printing and electronics exporters alongside them. Many sit in the old industrial sectors (Sectors 2 to 11, and 58 to 67) and in the Noida Special Economic Zone on Dadri Road, Phase II. The Development Commissioner's site reported 263 operational units in that zone for 2025-26, with exports of ₹13,016.66 crore. No government office publishes a list of Noida exporters with phone numbers. Starleads' Exporters in Noida list had 4,665 contacts on 1 November 2026, 85% of them with a mobile number and 91% with an email. It costs ₹499 plus 18% GST, and you can download 60 rows free before you pay.
This guide is for businesses that sell to Noida's export houses and for buyers sourcing from them: trims, label and packaging suppliers, fabric mills and yarn agents, freight forwarders and customs brokers, testing labs, software vendors, export consultants and overseas buying offices. It covers why Noida exports so much, where the export houses are, what Starleads' data holds and where it falls short, how to check an exporter in the official registers, and how to reach them within TRAI's rules. If you are looking for a job in an export house, apply through the company's own careers page; this guide is about doing business with them.
Why Noida is an export town
Noida, in Gautam Buddh Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh, was planned as an industrial township next to Delhi, and four things built its export trade.
- The Noida Special Economic Zone. The NSEZ's own profile (read on 1 November 2026) says it is "the only Central Government SEZ in northern India", headed by a Development Commissioner, and was "set up in 1985 in Noida Phase-II on a 310-acre plot of land". Before it became an SEZ in 2000 it was one of the country's seven Export Processing Zones, the Noida Export Processing Zone (NEPZ). It names gems and jewellery, electronics hardware, handicraft, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, textiles, apparel and made-ups among its manufacturing sub-sectors, and also hosts services, trading and warehousing units. The zone has 202 developed plots and thirteen Standard Design Factory complexes that can hold 208 units.
- Garments as the district's product. Under Uttar Pradesh's One District One Product scheme, the ODOP portal's Gautam Buddha Nagar page (read on 1 November 2026) lists "Readymade Garments" and "Textile Products" for the district. Noida's export houses make woven and knitted fashion wear for overseas brands, and an ecosystem of embroidery, printing, washing, trims and packaging units has grown around them.
- An Export Promotion Industrial Park. The state's EPIP page (read on 1 November 2026) says two Export Promotion Industrial Parks were set up to promote exports from Uttar Pradesh, and that "EPIP Gautam Budh Nagar has been developed on 200 Acre of land", at an industrial land rate it gives as USD 82 per sq m.
- Fairs on the doorstep. The IHGF Delhi Fair, the handicrafts and home products fair run by the Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts (EPCH), is held at the India Expo Centre & Mart in Greater Noida. Its site (read on 1 November 2026) announces the 63rd edition (Spring) for 15 to 19 March 2027. Overseas buyers who come for the fair visit Noida's factories in the same week.
The NSEZ is land-locked. Its profile names the inland container depots at Dadri, Tughlakabad and Patparganj, and Delhi airport, as the nearest points of export. That is why freight forwarders, customs brokers and transporters are as much a part of Noida's export trade as the factories.
| Export zone or programme | What the official page says | What it means for a seller |
|---|---|---|
| Noida Special Economic Zone, Dadri Road, Phase II | Set up in 1985 on 310 acres; 263 operational units, ₹13,016.66 crore of exports and 80,770 jobs in its row of the 2025-26 table | Units inside the zone have their own customs and entry procedures; ask how goods and visitors get in before you deliver |
| All SEZs under the Development Commissioner, NSEZ | 808 operational units in 28 SEZs; ₹1,21,137.03 crore of exports in 2025-26 | The same office covers SEZs across northern India, many of them IT parks in Gurugram and Noida |
| EPIP Gautam Budh Nagar | Developed on 200 acres to promote exports | Another cluster of export-oriented units to add to a sales route |
| ODOP, Gautam Buddha Nagar | Readymade Garments; Textile Products | State schemes and fairs favour these trades, so new and expanding garment units are likely |
| IHGF Delhi Fair at India Expo Centre & Mart | 63rd edition (Spring), 15 to 19 March 2027 | Exporters prepare samples and new ranges in the weeks before; a good time to pitch trims, packaging and photo shoots |
The zone figures come from the NSEZ home page, which labels them "financial year 2025-26" (read on 1 November 2026). News reports give much bigger numbers for the district as a whole: Business Today reported on 23 September 2026 that Uttar Pradesh's exports were ₹2,01,241 crore in 2025-26 and Gautam Buddha Nagar's ₹97,703 crore, nearly half the state's total. The article does not say where the figures come from, so treat them as a reported estimate, not an official statistic. Either way, Noida is Uttar Pradesh's largest exporting district by a wide margin.
Where the export companies are in Noida
To see what a Noida exporter file looks like, we read the 60 rows in the free sample of Starleads' Noida exporters list on 1 November 2026. A sample is small, so treat these as signs, not totals:
- It is a garment town. Most names in the sample are fashion and apparel firms (fashions, garments, apparels, creations, uniforms, outfits), with a few leather footwear makers, a home furnishing firm, a bedspread maker, a silk exporter, an embroidery thread maker, handicrafts, a hardware maker, a printing press and a plastic film maker.
- The old sectors dominate. Sector 63 appears in nine addresses, Sector 10 in six, Sector 6 in six and Sector 11 in four, followed by Sector 7. Sectors 58, 59, 60, 64, 65 and 67 together appear in ten. Two addresses are in the Hosiery Complex, one of them marked Phase 2.
- One PIN code covers most rows. 50 of the 60 rows have PIN 201301, four have 201305, three 201303, two 201307, and one has none.
- Small firms use personal email. 32 of the 59 email addresses are on Gmail, Yahoo, Rediff or Hotmail. Half the rows (30) give a website. For those that do, read it before you call: it tells you what they make and for which markets.
- The owner or a director usually answers. 59 of the 60 rows name a contact person. In smaller export houses that person is often the owner; in larger ones expect to be passed to a merchandiser or the purchase team.
| Area in the address | What the sample shows there | How to plan a visit |
|---|---|---|
| Sectors 2 to 11 (around Sectors 6, 7, 10 and 11) | Small and mid-sized garment exporters, a footwear maker, handicrafts, a hardware maker | Dense blocks of factory plots; a walking day with samples works |
| Sectors 58 to 67 (Sector 63 above all) | Garment export houses, fashion firms, a printing press and service firms | Bigger plots and more office-style units; call ahead for the right person |
| Hosiery Complex and Phase 2 | Knitwear and garment units | Combine with the NSEZ on Dadri Road, which has its own entry procedure |
| Office towers on the expressway side (for example Sector 125) | Head offices and design or sourcing teams of larger groups | Meetings by appointment; the factory may be elsewhere |
Our list of companies in Noida covers the city's other industries sector by sector, from IT parks to electronics.
What Starleads' data shows for Noida's exporters
The figures below are counts of contacts in Starleads' data as shown on the list pages on 1 November 2026. They are not an official census of Noida's exporters, and the lists overlap: one company can appear in several.
| List | Contacts | Mobile / email | What stands out |
|---|---|---|---|
| Exporters in Noida | 4,665 | 85% / 91% | 9th of 45 cities with an exporters list; 61% of Uttar Pradesh's exporters in Starleads' data; 75% name a contact person |
| Importers in Noida | 3,832 | 96% / 97% | 7th of 26 cities; 94% of the state's importers in the data |
| Exporters in Uttar Pradesh | 7,622 | 62% / 87% | Noida 4,665, Moradabad 518, Ghaziabad 439, then Kanpur, Bhadohi and Agra |
| Textiles & Fabrics in Noida | 468 | 63% / 45% | Largest groups: garment exporters (54), textiles (24), fabrics (16); most in Sectors 5, 63 and 10 |
| Packaging & Printing in Noida | 1,778 | 89% / 79% | 6th of 20 cities; 76% of the state's list; most in Sectors 10, 63 and 7 |
| Purchase & Procurement Heads in Noida | 13,447 | 91% / 29% | All with a designation; across every industry, not only exporters |
| Noida Business Directory | 66,688 | 96% / 40% | Every kind of business; filter by name and sector for export units |
| Greater Noida Business Directory | 11,939 | 99% / 38% | Covers the Greater Noida side, near the India Expo Centre |
Across India, Starleads' Exporters list has 1,75,373 contacts, 71% with a mobile number and 85% with an email. Noida's 4,665 put it among the larger city lists, but well behind the biggest:
- Mumbai 49,256 contacts · 82% email · 67% mobile ₹499
- Bengaluru 11,460 contacts · 80% email · 96% mobile ₹499
- Chennai 8,049 contacts · 86% email · 54% mobile ₹499
- Kolkata 6,301 contacts · 92% email · 69% mobile ₹499
- Pune 6,070 contacts · 89% email · 80% mobile ₹499
- Ahmedabad 5,520 contacts · 93% email · 95% mobile ₹499
- Gurugram 5,433 contacts · 93% email · 89% mobile ₹499
- Hyderabad 5,320 contacts · 89% email · 66% mobile ₹499
- Noida 4,665 contacts · 91% email · 85% mobile ₹499
- New Delhi 4,323 contacts · 85% email · 6% mobile ₹499
- Jaipur 3,382 contacts · 78% email · 68% mobile ₹499
- Faridabad 2,147 contacts · 92% email · 72% mobile ₹499
Where the lists fall short
We read the list pages and the sample before writing this. Know these points before you buy:
- One broad label covers most rows. 3,728 of the 4,665 Noida exporter rows carry the category "Paper Importers & Exporters". Don't read that as 3,728 paper companies. The same label covers 3,759 rows of the Noida importers list and 97,819 rows of the all-India exporters list, which suggests it is a broad label from the source rather than a product. In the 60-row sample it appeared once, on a US-named buying office. Judge what each company makes from its name and website.
- The exporter and importer lists overlap. Because the same label dominates both, many companies are likely to sit in both Noida files. Buy the one that matches your pitch, or merge them and remove duplicates by company name and phone.
- Not every address is in Noida. Four of the 60 sample rows have addresses that are not in Noida: three name Delhi localities (the Fatehpuri cloth market, Kotla Mubarakpur and Shahdara) and one gives Sanjay Place, a locality name better known in Agra. They are probably sales offices or registered addresses. Check the address column before you plan a visit.
- Most rows have no category at all. In the sample, 44 of the 60 category cells were empty. The city lists for textiles and packaging are better labelled if those are the trades you want.
- Greater Noida has no exporters list of its own. Its export units sit in the Greater Noida directory and the Uttar Pradesh exporters list; filter by address.
Use the list builder to pick only rows with a mobile or an email, or request a custom list. Starleads does not promise that every number still works: contacts change, which is why the sample is free.
Noida against its neighbours
A sourcing trip or a sales campaign in the national capital region usually covers more than one city. Starleads' exporter lists for the region look very different from each other, so pick the file to match how you plan to reach people:
| City | Exporters in Starleads' data | Mobile / email | Largest groups after the broad label |
|---|---|---|---|
| Noida | 4,665 | 85% / 91% | Garment exporters (57), electrical goods (35) |
| Delhi (whole state list) | 30,704 | 78% / 89% | Handicrafts (482), "Exporters" (427) |
| New Delhi | 4,323 | 6% / 85% | Handicrafts (354), home furnishings (113), electrical goods (92) |
| Gurugram | 5,433 | 89% / 93% | Sheet metal parts (72), garment exporters (64) |
| Ghaziabad | 439 | 46% / 54% | Leather garments (38), garment exporters (26), menswear (12) |
| Moradabad | 518 | 7% / 87% | Handicrafts (167), EPNS and metal handicrafts (146) |
Two things follow. First, Noida and Gurugram are the files to call: most rows have a mobile. New Delhi and Moradabad are email and landline files, with mobiles for only 6% and 7% of rows, so plan an email first there. Second, the trades differ: Noida leans to garments, Gurugram to engineering parts and garments, New Delhi and Moradabad to handicrafts and metalware. For the national picture, see our guides to textile and garment exporters, handicraft exporters and leather exporters.
How to check an export company in Noida
A contact list tells you whom to call. Before you ship goods on credit, place a sourcing order or sign up a new vendor, check the company in the official records. All of these are free:
| Check | Where | What it tells you |
|---|---|---|
| Importer-Exporter Code (IEC) | "View Any IEC" on the DGFT portal | Whether the firm has an IEC; you enter the 10-character code and the first letters of the firm's name. If nothing matches, the portal says the details are not available. |
| Membership of an export council (RCMC) | AEPC for apparel, EPCH for handicrafts | Whether the firm is registered with its council; RCMCs are now issued and renewed electronically through DGFT, as both councils' sites explain |
| GST registration | GST taxpayer search | Whether the GSTIN is active, the legal and trade name, and the state of registration |
| Company status | MCA master data | Legal name, CIN, active or struck off, registered office and directors |
| SEZ unit | Ask for the unit's Letter of Approval and its plot in the NSEZ | Supplies into an SEZ follow their own customs and tax rules; agree the paperwork before you deliver |
Our company search guide walks through the MCA, GST and Udyam look-ups step by step, and our IEC registration guide explains the code itself, the yearly update and the RCMC.
If you are an overseas buyer, the same checks protect you. A firm that has an IEC, an RCMC from the right council and an active GSTIN under the name on its invoice is at least what it says it is. Ask for factory audit reports and visit before a large first order; fairs such as IHGF are a good place to meet several makers in a day.
Who sells to Noida's exporters, and which list fits
Export houses buy a lot from local suppliers, and they buy on a calendar set by their overseas customers' seasons. These are the usual sellers and where to start:
| Seller | Who decides in an export house | Best list to start with |
|---|---|---|
| Trims, labels, tags, buttons, zips, hangers | Merchandiser for the order, then purchase | Exporters in Noida, then Textiles & Fabrics in Noida |
| Cartons, poly bags, printed packaging | Stores and despatch, then purchase | Exporters in Noida; Packaging & Printing in Noida to see competitors and partners |
| Fabric, yarn and processing (dyeing, printing, washing, embroidery) | Owner or production head, with the merchandiser | Textiles & Fabrics in Noida and the Uttar Pradesh exporters list |
| Freight forwarding, customs brokerage, ICD trucking | Logistics or shipping manager; owner in small firms | Exporters and Importers in Noida; the Uttar Pradesh freight forwarders list (454) for partners |
| Testing labs, audits, compliance consultants | Compliance or quality head | Exporters in Noida; larger houses by name |
| ERP, PLM and accounting software | Owner or director, with accounts | Exporters in Noida; Purchase heads in Noida for larger units |
| Machines, needles, spares, compressors, solar | Maintenance or production head | Exporters in Noida and the Noida directory |
For shipping partners and the forwarder market, see our guide to freight forwarders in India. If you make packaging, our packaging companies guide covers the trade nationally.
How to win orders from Noida export houses, step by step
- Choose one kind of exporter. "Noida exporters" is too broad. Pick, for example, woven womenswear exporters in Sectors 58 to 67 who need printed hang tags, or footwear exporters who need shoe boxes. Filter the list by company name and address, and add a column for what each firm makes, taken from its website.
- Clean the file. Merge the exporter and importer lists if you bought both, remove duplicates, move rows with addresses outside Noida to a separate sheet, and drop rows that are clearly not exporters for your trade.
- Work to the shipment calendar. Export houses are hardest to reach in the days before a shipment leaves and easiest just after. Ahead of a fair such as IHGF in March, they are developing samples and are open to new trims, packaging and photo or catalogue services.
- Email the larger houses first. A short email with what you supply, which buyers' standards you already meet, your GSTIN and a price range, followed two working days later by a call to the merchandising or purchase desk. Ask for the vendor registration form; larger groups often register suppliers centrally.
- Call the smaller ones on the owner's mobile. Late morning or after lunch is usually better than the start of the shift. For example: "Namaste, I make printed hang tags in Sector 10, and we deliver to export houses in Sector 63 within three days. Which buyer's tags are you printing this season?"
- Visit by sector. Sort the file by sector number and plan one area a day. If a customer is inside the NSEZ, ask how visitor passes and deliveries work there before you go.
- Check before you give credit. Look up the IEC, GSTIN and MCA status as in the table above before you agree to 30 or 60 days' credit. Export houses are paid by overseas buyers on long terms themselves, and your terms will be negotiated against theirs.
- Keep a record of consent. Note how each company wants to hear from you next (email, WhatsApp or a call), and stop when someone says no.
Selling to an overseas buyer rather than to the exporter? Our guide on how to find buyers for export works the other way round, and our exporters and importers database guide explains the difference between shipment data and contact lists.
Calling, SMS and email within the rules
Most numbers in the Noida exporter list are mobiles, and in small export houses the number is often the owner's own phone. TRAI's rules on commercial communication apply whatever list a number came from:
- DND (NCPR). TRAI's customer preference registration page (read on 1 November 2026) lets anyone block commercial calls and SMS by sending an SMS to 1909, calling 1909, through IVR, an approved app or an OTP-based web portal. People can block categories such as "Consumer goods and automobiles" or "Communication/Broadcasting/Entertainment/IT", modes such as auto-dialer and robo calls, time bands and days of the week. Check numbers before any promotional campaign; our DND check guide shows how.
- DLT for SMS. Send promotional or transactional SMS only through a provider registered on the operators' DLT platforms, with a registered header and template; the same TRAI section lists entity, header and template registration. Our DLT registration guide explains the steps.
- Consent for follow-ups. A one-to-one business call about a real need is very different from a bulk campaign. Use the first call to ask permission for what comes next, record it, and honour every request to stop, by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- Email. Authenticate your sending domain, keep batches small and include a way to unsubscribe. Merchandisers' inboxes are full of buyer mail; a short, specific note does better than a brochure.
Starleads sells lists of businesses and professionals only. It does not sell lists of factory workers, job seekers or other private individuals, and a company list must never be used to reach employees at home. For Starleads' figures across India, see the Insights page.
Questions people ask
How many export companies are there in Noida?
We did not find an official count of all exporters in Noida. The NSEZ's own table for 2025-26 shows 263 operational units in the Noida Special Economic Zone alone, and many more export houses work outside the zone. Starleads' Noida exporters list had 4,665 contacts on 1 November 2026; that is a count of contacts in Starleads' data, not a census.
Is there a list of export houses in Noida as a PDF?
Old PDF lists of Noida export houses circulate on document-sharing sites, but they are years old, and units close, move and change numbers. Starleads' list has a free 60-row sample as Excel or PDF, and the full list comes as an Excel workbook.
Which are the main export products of Noida?
Readymade garments and textile products, which are the district's products under Uttar Pradesh's ODOP scheme. The NSEZ also names gems and jewellery, electronics hardware, handicraft, chemicals and pharmaceuticals among its sub-sectors, and Starleads' sample adds leather footwear, home furnishings, embroidery threads, printing and plastic film.
How do I find garment exporters in Noida?
Start with the Noida exporters list and filter by name for fashion, garments, apparel and creations, then add the Textiles & Fabrics in Noida list, whose largest group is garment exporters. Check each firm's RCMC with AEPC, the apparel export council, if membership matters to your deal.
How can I check whether a Noida exporter is genuine?
Use DGFT's "View Any IEC" with the firm's IEC and name, the GST taxpayer search for an active GSTIN under the same name, and the MCA records for a company's status and directors. For a big first order, visit the factory or meet the firm at a fair.
Where is the Noida SEZ and what does it make?
On Dadri Road in Noida Phase II, on 310 acres. Its profile lists gems and jewellery, electronics hardware, handicraft, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, textiles, apparel and made-ups, as well as services, trading and warehousing units.
Can I get exporters in Greater Noida too?
There is no separate Greater Noida exporters list. Use the Greater Noida directory (11,939 businesses) and the Uttar Pradesh exporters list, filtered by address.
