Who is on a list of companies in Noida
A list of companies in Noida is really a list of sectors. The city was planned by the New Okhla Industrial Development Authority, so most business addresses read like "C-56, Sector 62" rather than a street name. Someone hunting for a job wants the large IT and media employers. A seller wants the firms that buy materials and services every month, and those are spread across very different parts of the city:
- IT and back offices: software firms, BPOs and call centres in Sectors 62 and 63 and in the newer office towers along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. HCLTech has its head office in Noida.
- Electronics and mobile phones: handset and component makers in Noida and Greater Noida, with Samsung's phone factory in Sector 81 the best-known name.
- Garment exporters: export houses in Phase 2, which also has the Noida Special Economic Zone and the Hosiery Complex, and in the older industrial sectors of Phase 1 and around Sector 63.
- Media: news channels and production houses in Film City, Sector 16A.
- Greater Noida: bigger plants in the Ecotech, Kasna and Surajpur industrial areas, and the India Expo Centre and Mart, where trade fairs bring buyers from across the world.
- Shops and services: the Sector 18 and Atta market area, plus clinics, coaching centres, builders and property dealers in every residential sector.
A supplier of sewing thread and a cloud security firm both sell to "Noida companies", but they need completely different rows.
Authorities, associations and other free sources
- MCA master data gives the status, directors and registered office of a company or LLP, one firm per search. Many Noida businesses registered their company at a Delhi address, so the registered office is a weak guide to where the factory or office really is. Proprietors and partnership firms are missing altogether.
- The Noida and Greater Noida authorities allot land and publish sector plans, which tell you which sectors are industrial, institutional or commercial. They are planning documents, not contact lists.
- Associations such as the Noida Entrepreneurs Association and the Indian Industries Association (IIA), which has chapters across Uttar Pradesh, know their members well. AEPC covers garment exporters. Member directories are often shared only with members.
- The district industries centre for Gautam Buddh Nagar registers small units under Udyam and runs state incentive schemes. Its staff know the local clusters, but it does not publish a contact list.
Whatever you find, you can check a firm's company and GST details with the steps in our company search guide.

Greater Noida is a separate city in our data, with its own lists.
Businesses that sell to Noida companies
- Trims, labels, cartons and fabric suppliers, testing labs and freight forwarders working for the garment exporters.
- Component distributors, tool rooms, plastic moulders and anti-static flooring firms for the electronics units.
- Cab operators, canteen caterers, housekeeping and security agencies for BPOs and IT offices that run night shifts.
- Recruiters, training institutes and software vendors chasing the tech companies.
- Office fit-out firms, co-working operators and commercial property brokers.
- Solar rooftop installers and power backup sellers for factories in Phase 2 and Greater Noida.
Phone calls and site visits in Noida
- Plan by phase, not by distance. A day in the Phase 2 factories and another along the Expressway offices works better than crossing the city twice.
- Ask for the right desk. In an export house, trims and packing are handled by the merchandiser or the purchase person, not the owner. In a BPO, ask for admin or facilities.
- Use Hindi with factories, English with offices. A plain opening works best: "Namaste, main Rohit bol raha hoon. Hum Sector 63 ke garment units ko cartons supply karte hain. Packing material kaun dekhta hai?"
- Mind the shipment calendar. Exporters are hardest to reach in the days before a shipment leaves; a call just after one has gone gets a calmer hearing.
- Follow the rules. Read our DND guide before calling or sending SMS, and borrow lines from the Hindi and English telecalling scripts.
If your buyers are mainly software firms, our IT companies guide covers how they buy. For the export houses, see the guide to textile and garment exporters.
Questions people ask
Is Noida part of Delhi?
No. Noida is in Gautam Buddh Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh, although it borders Delhi and many firms have offices in both. A Noida firm's GSTIN starts with 09, the code for Uttar Pradesh, which is a quick way to tell where a business is registered.
Which sectors of Noida have the IT firms?
Mostly in Sectors 62 and 63 and in the office sectors along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, with smaller software and digital firms scattered across the older sectors. Greater Noida has some larger campuses too.
Is there a Noida industries list or business directory in PDF?
Copies circulate online, but most are old and cannot be sorted. A Noida business directory in Excel lets you filter by sector and industry and drop what you do not need. For towns elsewhere in the state, see our Uttar Pradesh lists.
