What Sales Navigator costs in India, what it leaves out, and what fills the gap.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator in short

Sales Navigator is LinkedIn's paid prospecting tool, not a contact database. You search LinkedIn's members and companies with "50+ advanced search filters", get alerts, AI insights (Account IQ and Lead IQ) and buyer intent, find warm introductions through TeamLink, and message people with InMail.

Sales Navigator pricing. LinkedIn's compare-plans page (updated 27 September 2026) lists prices per licence in US dollars:

  • Core: US$119.99 a month, or US$1,079.88 a year billed annually ("a 25% savings"), which works out to US$89.99 a month.
  • Advanced: US$159.99 a month, or US$1,799.88 a year ("a 6% savings"), which works out to US$149.99 a month.
  • Advanced Plus: custom pricing, bought through LinkedIn's sales team.

Sales Navigator price in India. The public plans page shows no rupee price, even when opened from an Indian connection. It lists AUD, CAD, EUR and GBP too (Core is £94.99 or €120.99 a month) and says the actual price "and additional currencies" appear once you start a trial, which needs a LinkedIn sign-in. We did not sign in, so we can't quote the INR price. LinkedIn adds that its prices "are estimates and may exclude" VAT or GST. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for, so an annual plan runs to the end of the year.

InMail credits. Core, Advanced and Advanced Plus each include 50 InMail credits a month. Unused credits build up to 150 at most and must be used within 90 days, and a credit comes back for each InMail answered within 90 days of sending.

What it doesn't give. LinkedIn's pages don't list phone numbers or email addresses as a feature. Contact details on a lead page come from the member's privacy settings, from your team, or from your CRM, and by default a member's primary email is "only visible to your direct connections". There is no file export: LinkedIn "currently doesn't offer the option to export account and lead information", says its help centre; CRM sync is the alternative.

Where Sales Navigator is the better choice

  • Finding the right person by role. Its 50+ filters search LinkedIn's own member profiles by company, title and more, worldwide. Starleads can't look up one named executive and covers India only.
  • Warm introductions. TeamLink and the Relationship Explorer and Map show who in your network can introduce you. No list does that.
  • Reaching people without a number. InMail lets you message a lead directly, with 50 credits a month.
  • Research and CRM work. Insights, alerts and buyer intent help you time an approach, and profiles embed in your CRM through "15+ sales integration tools". Starleads has no CRM integration or API.

Where Starleads is the better choice

  • Phone numbers and emails in a file. Each list shows how many rows have a mobile and an email before you buy. Our CEOs, MDs & Directors list has 38,331 contacts; 99% have an email and 83% a mobile number.
  • You keep the data. An Excel file you can sort, filter and load into any tool, where Sales Navigator has no export.
  • One payment, in rupees. ₹499 a list with no GST added, against a fee per licence every month or year.
  • Businesses listed in directories. Shops, clinics, traders and contractors in a city are covered by directory-based lists, whether or not they have a LinkedIn presence.

What Starleads doesn't do. The data is compiled from business directories and similar sources, so not every row has an email or a named person, and contact details change. There is no look-up of one named executive, no card or gateway payment, no CRM integration or API, and no data outside India. Before calling, check numbers against the DND register; our DND guide explains how.

Other Sales Navigator alternatives

Apollo.io has its own database of emails and phone numbers, plus email sequences, from $49 a seat a month billed annually. See Apollo.io alternatives.

Lusha finds the email (1 credit) or phone number (5 credits) of a person you look up, from $37.45 a month billed yearly. See Lusha alternatives.

EasyLeadz finds Indian mobile numbers through its Chrome extension, from ₹2,419 a month plus 18% GST for 40 numbers. See EasyLeadz alternatives.

ZoomInfo suits large teams that want contacts, intent and workflows in one platform, at quoted prices. See ZoomInfo alternatives, or the overview of B2B data providers in India.

Our verdict

Sales Navigator is the right tool for researching named people on LinkedIn and reaching them through InMail or a warm introduction. It is not a source of phone numbers or downloadable leads. If you need the mobile numbers and emails of Indian businesses or professionals in a file you own, at one rupee price per list, Starleads fits; for one named person's number, a contact-finder such as Lusha or EasyLeadz does.

Questions people ask

How much is LinkedIn Sales Navigator in India?

LinkedIn doesn't publish an INR price on its public page; it appears only after you sign in to start a trial. The published prices are US$119.99 a month for Core (US$1,079.88 a year) and US$159.99 for Advanced (US$1,799.88 a year), possibly excluding GST.

Is there a free trial of Sales Navigator?

Yes, for Core and Advanced, if you are not on a paid LinkedIn subscription and haven't used a LinkedIn free trial in the past 365 days. A payment method is required, and LinkedIn sends a reminder seven days before the trial ends. The trial length isn't stated.

Does Sales Navigator give phone numbers and emails?

LinkedIn doesn't list them as a feature. A lead page shows contact details only through the member's privacy settings, your team's own entries or your CRM.

Can I export leads from Sales Navigator to Excel?

No. LinkedIn's help centre says it doesn't offer export of account and lead information; CRM sync is the alternative. A Starleads list arrives as an Excel file from the start.
