99DataCD in short
99DataCD sells ready-made Excel B2B contact databases for India and abroad, the same kind of product as Starleads. It calls itself "India's Biggest B2B Database Provider Since 2011" and gives a registered office at Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi. It sells lists by industry, city and state, exhibitor data, lists of professionals, international buyers and sellers, and bulk "combo" packages, and says it has "around 800+ types of data".
The fields are Company Name, Address, City, Pin code, State, Mobile Number, E-mail IDs, Website and Products/Services details; its FAQ also mentions landlines. Its named sources include B2B portals, industrial directories, exhibitions, search engines and trade associations. Product pages say "Data 2026 Updated". The accuracy figure differs between pages: "70% To 80% Accuracy" on some, "75% to 85% Accuracy" on others, so ask which applies to the list you want.
Product pages show a struck-through price and a lower "Now Pay Only" price, with a site-wide "Spl. Festivals Offer - Flat 40% Discount On Every Data Purchase - Limited Period Offer".

Refunds. 99DataCD's cancellation and refund page says an order, once booked, "cannot be cancelled", and that there is "no provision for refund either". Complaints are not accepted "after 24 hours after the download attempt". Its terms give no warranty of accuracy or completeness. Confirm the terms in writing before you pay. Starleads refunds in full before delivery; after delivery, a corrupt file or one materially different from its description is replaced or refunded if you report it within 7 days (see our refund policy).
Where 99DataCD is the better choice
- Exhibitor data. It sells lists of trade-show exhibitors, claiming "2,14,380 Exhibitors From 729 Exhibitions" (a combo page says "2.07 Lac Exhibitors From 692 Exhibitions"). Starleads has no exhibitor lists.
- Countries beyond India. It sells databases of other countries, such as Nepal (1,071 companies, ₹750 on offer), and of international buyers and sellers. Starleads covers India only.
- Fast delivery. The download link appears on screen and by email, within 10 to 15 minutes by its own account. Starleads confirms each payment by hand first.
- A products and services column. Its lists include what each company deals in, which helps you sort by product.
- A long record. It says it has been a B2B database provider since 2011.

- One price whatever the size. Every Starleads city, state or specialisation list costs ₹499, with no GST added. 99DataCD's offer prices run from ₹600 to ₹6,570, with GST not stated.
- A sample without asking. 60 real contacts (partly masked) are on every list page, with a free Excel and PDF sample. 99DataCD sends its sample on request.
- Field shares for each list. Every list shows the share of rows with a mobile, an email, an address and a contact name, instead of a general accuracy range.
- Refund terms. A full refund before delivery, and a 7-day window after it for corrupt or materially different files.

Starleads' limits, plainly: the data is compiled from business directories and similar sources, so not every row has an email or a named person, and contact details change over time. You can't look up one named executive. Payment is by UPI or bank transfer only, confirmed by hand, with no card or gateway payment. There is no API or CRM integration, and the data covers India only.
99DataCD lists bulk SMS, bulk email and telemarketing among the uses of its data. Whichever seller you buy from, promotional SMS needs DLT registration and calls must respect the DND rules.

Choose Starleads if you are buying Indian businesses by industry and city and want one fixed price, a 60-contact sample on the page and a refund window after delivery. With either seller, check the sample of the exact list and get the terms in writing before you pay.
