BizPromo Databases in short
BizPromo Databases sells downloadable Indian business databases, the same kind of product as Starleads: city business databases, manufacturers, exporters and importers, industry lists and "All India CEO, Director" lists. Its shop had 137 products when we checked. Each list has company name, contact person, mobile number, email address, city, state and industry category, in an Excel (.xlsx) file "available for immediate download after purchase".
It claims "200+ industry categories" covering "every state and union territory of India", data "regularly verified by our in-house data team" and, on its buyer-guide page, "90%+ accuracy". Product pages call the data a "B2B/ B2C Companies Database", "Compiled using the actual information submitted to various internet resources".
Prices are shown as a struck-through regular price and a sale price. Many lists go from ₹999 to ₹499, and bigger lists cost more. GST is not mentioned.

Refunds. BizPromo Databases' pages describe refunds differently. The homepage says "We offer replacement or refund if the data quality does not meet our stated accuracy standards." The refund page says the company "does not have a set cancellation or refund policy", with returns "within 0-7 days of the purchase" and cancellations by phone or WhatsApp. Its terms (section 3.8) say "All purchases are final and non-refundable due to the digital nature of the data." Ask which terms apply, in writing, before you pay. Starleads refunds in full before delivery; after delivery, a corrupt file or one materially different from its description is replaced or refunded if you report it within 7 days (see our refund policy).
Before you buy. Confirm the exact row count of the list you want, and if you need a tax invoice, ask for one before you pay.
Where BizPromo Databases is the better choice
- The same entry price. Many of its lists are ₹499 on sale; a Starleads city or state list is ₹499.
- Immediate download. The file is ready as soon as you have paid. Starleads confirms each payment by hand before the file appears.
- Free updates. It says the same download link gets the latest version at no extra cost. A Starleads download link lasts 30 days.
- A quick sample on WhatsApp. If you prefer to ask on WhatsApp, it says it shares a sample within minutes.
Where Starleads is the better choice
- One price whatever the size. A Starleads city list costs ₹499 whether it has 500 contacts or 5 lakh, with no GST added. BizPromo's prices rise with size, to ₹5,999 on sale for its 2.9 lakh Bengaluru list.
- The sample on the page. 60 real contacts (partly masked) are on every list page, with a free Excel and PDF sample, so you don't need to message anyone first.
- Exact counts and field shares. Each list page shows its contact count and the share of rows with a mobile, an email, an address and a contact name.
- Refund terms. A full refund before delivery, and a 7-day window after it for corrupt or materially different files.
BizPromo's director lists are one way to reach decision-makers. Starleads sells the people who buy for companies: the Purchase & Procurement Heads list, 7,20,929 contacts across India, 93% with a mobile and 75% with a contact name. By city:

Starleads' limits, plainly: the data is compiled from business directories and similar sources, so not every row has an email or a named person, and contact details change over time. You can't look up one named executive. Payment is by UPI or bank transfer only, confirmed by hand, with no card or gateway payment. There is no API or CRM integration, and the data covers India only.

Our verdict
For a small Indian list, BizPromo Databases' ₹499 sale price was the same as a Starleads list on 18 October 2026. Choose BizPromo if you want the file the moment you pay and free updates through the same link. Choose Starleads if your list is large, since the price doesn't rise with size, or if you want to see 60 contacts and the field shares before paying. With either, get the refund terms in writing first.

For small lists, on 18 October 2026, the price was the same: many BizPromo lists were ₹499 on sale. For large city and state lists Starleads costs less, because a Starleads city or state list is ₹499 whatever its size, while BizPromo charges more for bigger lists.
Does BizPromo Databases give refunds?
Its pages differ: the homepage offers replacement or refund if quality falls short of its stated standards, the refund page has no set policy and mentions returns within 0 to 7 days, and its terms say all purchases are final. Ask for the terms in writing.
What is the best alternative to BizPromo Databases?
