Reading a list of IT companies in Noida
Type "IT companies in Noida list" into a search box and most of what comes back is written for people looking for work. This page is for the other reader: a business that wants Noida's IT firms as customers. If you are job hunting, the companies' careers pages and the big job portals will serve you far better.
Noida's tech businesses sit in a planned grid of numbered sectors, and each part of the grid has its own character:
- Sectors 62 and 63: the older tech district, with software and back-office firms in Sector 62's office blocks, and small software companies, electronics units and call centres packed into Sector 63.
- The Expressway sectors: Sectors 125 to 135 along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, where IT service and back-office companies run their larger campuses.
- The older numbered sectors: places such as Sector 2, Sector 10 and the sectors in the high fifties and sixties, home to small service firms, computer dealers and telecom equipment suppliers.
- Back offices on overseas hours: support teams working through the night for clients in the US, the UK and Australia.
Free sources for Noida's tech firms, and their limits
- NASSCOM has its head office in Noida and its events draw local firms, but member information stays with members, and many small firms never join.
- STPI's Noida centre registers software exporters under its scheme. Registration tells you a firm sells abroad; it does not tell you who signs the purchase orders.
- The Noida Authority allots land for IT, institutional and industrial use and publishes sector plans. Good for deciding which sectors to visit, silent on names and numbers.
- Job portals show which Noida firms are hiring, a fair sign of a growing budget, but turning job posts into a calling sheet takes days.
Our Noida IT list: figures, sectors and categories
The IT & Software Companies in Noida list holds 1,366 businesses with a Noida address. Mobile numbers are present for 82% of them, a named contact for 81% and an email address for 52%; 29% give a website. Sixty real rows are on the list page, and the Excel sample is free.
Despite the name, this is not a file of software houses alone. Its biggest categories today:
- Telecom Equipment & Supplies: 389
- Computer Services: 167
- Software Development: 164
- Computers- New: 101
- Website Services: 59
Telecom equipment suppliers, computer dealers and internet service providers sit beside the developers, so filter that column before anyone starts dialling.
Sectors with the most businesses in this list
- Sector 10: 6
- Sector 63: 6
- Sector 2: 5
- Sector 57: 5
- Sector 58: 4
- Sector 59: 4
- Sector 65: 4
- Gautam Budh Nagar: 3
Only a few rows fill in the area column, so treat this as a sample, not a ranking of Noida's tech sectors. Most Noida addresses name the sector anyway, so searching the address column for "Sector 62" or "Sector 132" is a better way to split the city. "Gautam Budh Nagar" is the district name, given by firms that left out their sector.

Who sells to IT firms in Noida
- Employee transport operators: teams working to US and UK hours need pick-ups and late drops, and the admin desk buys this on a monthly contract.
- Connectivity and uptime: leased-line and backup internet providers, plus the UPS and air-conditioning maintenance firms that keep server rooms running.
- Recruiters and background verification agencies: back offices hire in batches, so a recruiter who can fill fifty seats in a month gets a hearing. Our HR database guide covers reaching the HR heads who buy this.
- Distributors of routers, cabling and CCTV who supply the telecom and networking dealers in the list.
How to approach IT companies in Noida
- Sort the sheet into two piles. Software and back-office firms buy services and office supplies; telecom and computer dealers buy stock at trade rates. Write one pitch for each pile.
- Ask for the function, not the boss. Transport and seating go through admin, hiring through HR, laptops and networks through the IT manager. In a ten-person firm the founder decides all of it.
- Work around the shift pattern. Admin and HR keep day hours, but a night team's manager may arrive only in the afternoon. Ask the front desk when, and call then.
- Keep the opener short and local. For example: "Good afternoon, this is Sameer from Arya Fleet Services. We run night drops for two support centres in Sector 62. Who looks after employee transport for your team?"
- Visit by cluster. Keep one day for Sectors 62 and 63, where the Blue Line's last stop, Noida Electronic City, saves you a car, and another for the spread-out Expressway campuses.
- Follow the rules. Check our DND guide before calls and SMS, and write first emails the way our cold email templates show.
Questions people ask
Are Greater Noida's IT firms in the Noida list?
Only if they wrote Noida in their address. Rows follow the city each business gives, so Greater Noida addresses sit in the Uttar Pradesh list instead.
Does the list include BPOs and call centres?
A few back-office firms call themselves IT services and may appear here, but call centres have a list of their own in the bigger cities. Look for it on the Noida page.
How many IT companies does Noida have?
Nobody publishes one reliable figure. STPI knows its registered exporters and the Noida Authority knows its allottees, while many small firms are proprietorships that appear in neither. Our list counts 1,366 IT, software and computer businesses. For every other kind of business in the city, see our list of companies in Noida.
