ExportersIndia is a B2B marketplace, run by Weblink .IN Pvt. Ltd., where sellers list products, get a website and receive buyer enquiries. Free members receive enquiries for the products they list; paid members can also search buyers and view buyer contact details, called buy leads. It claims to connect "1.3Cr+ Buyers" with sellers, buyers from 170+ countries and "600000 + Business Inquiry" a month across the portal.
Registration and listing are free, with "no charges or commissions". Paid plans are yearly, and all rates exclude GST:

Every plan includes unlimited enquiries, up to 400 products, an SSL website, a V-TRUST certificate (which needs a GST certificate), a three-month SMO package, WhatsApp Business API and CRM, and a banner on 2 keywords. Membership goes live within 24 hours of payment. Its terms say payment is 100% in advance and not refundable, and an order can't be cancelled once placed. In short, it is an enquiry and buy-lead service with published buy-lead counts, for sellers who want buyers to reach them.

Where ExportersIndia is the better choice
- Finding buyers abroad. ExportersIndia claims buyers from 170+ countries. Starleads lists cover Indian businesses only, so they can't find you an overseas buyer.
- Buyers with a requirement. Buy leads and enquiries come from people who want a product. A Starleads list is cold outreach.
- A free start. Free members list products and receive enquiries with no charges or commissions.
- A website and tools in the plan. Paid plans include an SSL website, WhatsApp Business API and CRM, and an SMO package. Starleads has no website, CRM or API.
Where Starleads is the better choice
- Selling to exporters and importers. If your customers are traders themselves, as they are for freight forwarders, customs brokers, packaging suppliers and export-finance advisers, a list reaches them city by city or state by state.
- Many contacts at once. A list can hold thousands of businesses for one price, where the cheapest plan gives 6 buy leads a month.
- Low cost and a refund route. ₹499 a list, or ₹1,999 for a bulk All-India list. Starleads refunds in full before delivery, and replaces or refunds a corrupt or materially different file reported within 7 days.
- You see the data first. Every list page shows 60 real contacts and the share of rows with a mobile, an email and a contact name.

Starleads' limits: the data is compiled from business directories and similar sources, so not every row has an email or a named person, and contact details change. You can't look up one named executive. Payment is by UPI or bank transfer only, confirmed by hand. There is no API or CRM integration, and the lists cover India only. If you export and want buyers, especially overseas ones, to find and contact you, ExportersIndia or a similar marketplace is the right tool, and its published buy-lead counts make the plans easy to compare. If your customers are Indian exporters and importers themselves, or you want suppliers of one kind across a state, a Starleads list reaches them for one small price. Note that ExportersIndia's paid plans are not refundable, so test the free listing first.
