The quick answer
A telecalling CRM puts your leads on each caller's phone, dials them in order, records the calls, reminds callers to follow up and shows the manager who called whom. TeleCRM, Callyzer, Privyr and NeoDove all do some of this, priced in very different ways: per user, per phone number or as a flat yearly fee. None of them gives you numbers to call. That part comes from your own enquiries or from a leads database, covered further down.
Which one to pick
- TeleCRM: an Indian sales team that wants a dialer, call recording, follow-ups and WhatsApp in one app, billed quarterly or yearly.
- Callyzer: a manager who mainly wants to track and report the calls made from the team's own phones, at a low price per number.
- Privyr: a salesperson or small team who works leads from the phone over WhatsApp, SMS and calls, and wants a free plan to start.
- NeoDove: a team of up to 10 or 20 callers that prefers one yearly fee, with SIM-based, cloud or VoIP calling.
- Kylas or LeadSquared: a team that needs a full CRM with calling built in; see our CRM comparison.

TeleCRM pricing and features
TeleCRM (the company styles it "telecrm") describes itself as a sales CRM for "Indian sales teams who sell to Indian customers". One plan is sold at two billing terms, per user:
- Quarterly: ₹1,099 per user a month, billed quarterly.
- Annual: ₹799 per user a month, billed annually, which the page says saves 27%.
Both include Excel upload, a 1-click dialer, call recording, follow-ups, reports and a leaderboard, and automations (up to 10,000 free a month, more at extra cost), with lead capture from 15+ platforms such as IndiaMART, Justdial and Sulekha. Its FAQ says the plan manages unlimited contacts and records "every single call (both incoming and outgoing except personal sim calls)".
Add-ons. Chat Sync at ₹200 per user a month; WhatsApp API set-up at a one-time ₹1,999, with WhatsApp's own message charges paid separately; custom API integrations at ₹999 an hour.
Importing leads. Its FAQ says you can keep your data "in any format in an excel sheet" and map it to the CRM's fields in a few clicks. Limits. No monthly billing, and no free plan or trial on the pricing page; instead it offers a full refund within 15 days on quarterly and annual plans if you join a feedback call. Who it suits: teams that live on calls and WhatsApp and want one app for both. If you want TeleCRM alternatives, Callyzer is cheaper per number for call tracking, and NeoDove costs less per user for a full team of 10.
Callyzer pricing
Callyzer calls itself "a GSM-based telecalling solution": your team installs its app on their own smartphones and Callyzer tracks the calls they make on their SIMs. It is priced per phone number:
- Basic: ₹175 per phone number a month billed monthly, or ₹161 billed yearly. Call tracking, call summaries, working-hours reports, lists of missed calls never returned and dialled calls never answered, and daily status reports by email.
- Basic + Lead: ₹275 billed monthly, or ₹252 billed yearly. Adds lead management: assign leads, contact them from the app, update their status with a note, custom lead fields and a "Leads Not Contacted" list.
"Prices are excluding taxes and fees." The 15-day free trial covers 5 phone numbers with all Basic + Lead features. You can upgrade from Basic to Basic + Lead, but not move back down.
Add-ons. Call recording storage at ₹500 per 5GB a month; Google Sheet integration at ₹49 per sheet a month; IndiaMART integration at ₹500 per account a month; Zoho or LeadSquared integration at ₹150 per phone number a month.
Importing leads. Callyzer says it lets you "import leads in bulk and assign them to the right telecalling employee", and the Google Sheet add-on pulls leads from a sheet and assigns them automatically. Limits. Lead management costs extra over Basic, and its site names an Android app, not iOS. Who it suits: managers who want visibility of calls made from the team's own phones, at a low cost per number.
Privyr CRM pricing
Privyr describes itself as "a full-fledged lead management, engagement, and tracking platform that works with WhatsApp, iMessage, SMS, and phone calls". It is a phone-first follow-up app: leads arrive from Facebook, Google Forms, websites and other sources, and you reply, call and set reminders from the app. Its pricing page shows US dollars, even on an Indian connection:
- Free Forever: $0 for up to 3 team members. You can import unlimited leads from Excel, but you can only engage your most recent lead.
- Privyr Pro: $10.00 per user a month billed annually, or $22.00 billed monthly, for up to 20 team members: unlimited follow-up sequences, templates and lead engagement, bulk calling and messaging 50 leads at a time, and unlimited lead distribution. 14-day free trial, no card.
- Privyr Ultimate: custom pricing for 20+ team members.
WhatsApp auto-replies, campaigns and contact import are paid add-ons, and lead distribution by email or WhatsApp costs $0.10 per lead.
Importing leads. Its help page says you upload a CSV, XLS or XLSX file, with "a limit of 5,000 contacts per upload", then assign the contacts to one member, leave them unassigned or distribute them, and skip duplicates that match on phone or email. Limits. Dollar billing, and the free plan lets you contact only your most recent lead. Who it suits: salespeople who follow up enquiries mostly on WhatsApp.
NeoDove pricing
NeoDove, from Bengaluru, sells a telecalling CRM with a dialer, call recording, WhatsApp, email and SMS, and calling by SIM, cloud telephony or VoIP. Its telecalling plans are yearly, for a fixed number of users:
- NeoLite: ₹17,999 a year, shown as reduced from ₹19,999, for up to 10 users, storing up to 50,000 contacts, with 2 pipelines and 5 workflows.
- NeoPlus: ₹24,999 a year, reduced from ₹29,999, for up to 20 users and 200,000 contacts, with 4 pipelines and 10 workflows.
The page says "GST Extra" and that the prices are "exclusive to clients in India". AI voice agents, WhatsApp API, IVR and VoIP cost extra.
Importing leads. NeoDove's onboarding guide describes "Upload Contacts": you choose the Excel file, pick the campaign, map the columns and start calling from the campaign. Limits. Yearly payment only, a contact cap on each plan, and VoIP, IVR and WhatsApp API at extra cost. Who it suits: a team of 5 to 20 callers that wants one predictable yearly bill.
Full CRMs with calling: Kylas and LeadSquared
If you need deals, quotes and pipelines as well as calling, a full CRM may serve better. Kylas Elevate costs ₹12,999 a month as a flat fee for unlimited users, with telephony, SMS, WhatsApp and call logging, and a 7-day trial. LeadSquared's Sales Pro costs ₹2,500 per user a month billed annually, and its pricing page lists mobile cloud calling and offline mode among its mobile CRM features. Both, and five other CRMs, are compared in our best CRM software in India guide. For business numbers, IVR and call routing, see our cloud telephony comparison.
How to choose a telecalling app
- How it's priced. Per user (TeleCRM, Privyr), per phone number (Callyzer) or a flat yearly fee for a set number of users (NeoDove). Work out the cost for your actual team size, and check whether GST or taxes are extra: Callyzer and NeoDove say they are.
- SIM or cloud calling. SIM-based apps use each caller's own mobile and plan; cloud telephony gives the team one business number. NeoDove offers both; Callyzer is GSM-based.
- Recording and storage. TeleCRM lists call recording in its plan and NeoDove's dialer records calls; Callyzer charges ₹500 per 5GB a month for recording storage.
- Excel import. All four take spreadsheets, with limits: 5,000 contacts per upload on Privyr, 50,000 stored contacts on NeoLite.
- Rupees or dollars. Privyr bills in US dollars, so the rupee cost moves with the exchange rate.
- The rules. Before promotional calls, check numbers against the DND register (our DND guide explains how). If an app dials numbers by itself, without a caller pressing call each time, TRAI's amendment of 18 September 2026 requires that automated calling to be declared to your telecom provider in advance, or it is treated as unsolicited; ask the vendor how its dialer works. WhatsApp Business Platform messages need the recipient's opt-in first (our WhatsApp guide). This is general information, not legal advice.
Keeping telecallers busy: where the numbers come from
The app is only half the system. A telecaller with an empty list costs a salary and makes no calls, and enquiries from ads and portals may not arrive fast enough to keep a team dialling all day. Growth needs a steady supply of new contacts.
The fastest way to give a new telecaller 500 numbers to call is a ready list for your market. A Starleads list holds every business of one kind in a city, a state or India, in an Excel file, with the share of mobiles and emails shown on the list page and 60 sample contacts before you pay. For example, our Business Owners & Proprietors list has 3,27,366 contacts in 1,586 cities; 98% of rows have a mobile number and 2% an email, so it suits calling rather than email. City and state lists cost ₹499 and All-India bulk lists ₹1,999, with no GST added.
Business owners in the biggest cities:
- Mumbai 30,599 contacts · 10% email · 85% mobile ₹499
- Chennai 21,211 contacts · 0% email · 100% mobile ₹499
- Ahmedabad 18,085 contacts · 1% email · 100% mobile ₹499
- Pune 17,989 contacts · 0% email · 100% mobile ₹499
For any other trade or city, use the list builder.
From download to dialling:
- Download the Excel file and keep the columns callers need: business, contact name, mobile, area, city.
- Check the mobiles against the DND register and mark the ones you must not call for promotion.
- Split the list by area so each caller works one part of the city.
- Import it into the app: Excel upload in TeleCRM and NeoDove, CSV or Excel in Privyr (5,000 per upload), bulk import in Callyzer. Assign each part to a caller.
- Give callers a short script (our Hindi and English telecalling scripts), and log every outcome so follow-ups land on the right day.
What Starleads doesn't do. The data is compiled from business directories and similar sources. Not every row has an email or a named person, and contact details change, so some numbers will be wrong or switched off. There is no look-up of one named executive, no CRM or app integration or API (you import the file), and no data outside India. Orders are paid by UPI or bank transfer and confirmed by hand. More on choosing calling data: calling data for telecallers.
What it costs: a worked example
Two telecallers for one month:
- TeleCRM, annual: 2 × ₹799 = ₹1,598 a month, paid as ₹19,176 for the year. Quarterly: 2 × ₹1,099 = ₹2,198 a month, paid as ₹6,594 a quarter.
- Callyzer Basic + Lead, monthly: 2 × ₹275 = ₹550, plus taxes; ₹1,050 with the ₹500 recording storage add-on.
- Privyr Pro, monthly: 2 × $22 = $44, about ₹3,870 at roughly ₹88 to the dollar. Billed annually: 2 × $10 = $20 a month, about ₹1,760. The rupee amount moves with the exchange rate.
- NeoDove NeoLite: ₹17,999 a year plus GST for up to 10 users, about ₹1,500 a month spread over the year.
Then the numbers: a list of business owners in Mumbai with 30,599 contacts costs ₹499, paid once. As a plainly hypothetical example, if each caller dials 60 numbers a day, two callers work through about 2,400 numbers in 20 working days, and if 1 call in 20 leads to a meeting or a quote request, that is about 120 conversations worth following up. Your own numbers will differ.
Our verdict
TeleCRM puts a dialer, call recording, follow-ups and WhatsApp in one app for Indian teams, billed quarterly or yearly. Callyzer is the low-cost choice when you mainly want to see and report the calls made on your team's own phones. Privyr suits individual salespeople following up enquiries on WhatsApp, with a free plan to try. Among the paid plans here, NeoDove works out cheapest per user for a full team of 10 or 20 paying yearly. Whichever you choose, keep the list full: an app can only dial the numbers you give it.
