The quick answer
There is no single official list of hospitals in Noida with phone numbers. The Clinical Establishments Act register tells you whether a hospital is registered, NABH tells you whether it is accredited, and government hospitals publish their own tenders; none of them gives you the purchase contact. For a ready contact sheet, Starleads' Hospitals & Nursing Homes in Uttar Pradesh list had 966 rows on 25 October 2026, of which 158 were in Noida and 207 in Ghaziabad, and the Doctors & Clinics in Noida list had 1,490 more. Starleads does not sell a separate Noida-only hospital list, so read on to see what that means for you.
This guide is for suppliers, labs and service firms that sell to Noida's hospitals. Anyone looking for treatment should contact a hospital directly, and in an emergency dial 112.
How Noida's hospital market is made up
Noida and Greater Noida sit in Gautam Buddh Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh, across the Yamuna from Delhi. That matters more than it sounds: hospitals here register under Uttar Pradesh rules, buy through Uttar Pradesh tender portals when they are public, and appear in Uttar Pradesh lists, not Delhi ones. A supplier covering the whole NCR needs three states' worth of sources.
From a seller's point of view, the hospitals fall into four groups:
- Government institutions. The largest one with its own published buying is the Government Institute of Medical Sciences (GIMS), Greater Noida, whose website names the Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh as its president and describes it as committed to "affordable healthcare services to all segments of society". Government hospitals buy through tenders, quotations and expressions of interest, not through sales calls.
- Corporate and multi-speciality hospitals with a purchase department, a biomedical engineering team and a hospital administrator. They buy centrally, often for a group of hospitals across the NCR.
- Nursing homes and small hospitals in the residential sectors, many of them run by the doctor who owns them. The owner decides, usually on the spot or within a week.
- Speciality centres: eye hospitals, maternity homes, IVF, dialysis, physiotherapy and dental chains, plus the labs and imaging centres that serve them.
The last two groups are where a contact list pays for itself. A corporate hospital will take one meeting and then put you through vendor registration; a nursing home owner can say yes on the first call.
The official registers, and what each one tells you
Before you buy a list, know what the free sources can and cannot do. We checked each of these on 25 October 2026.
| Source | What it tells you | What it doesn't |
|---|---|---|
| Clinical Establishments Act portal (Union health ministry) | That Uttar Pradesh has adopted the Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2010, so hospitals and clinics in Noida must register under it | A buyer's name, a mobile number or what the hospital purchases |
| NABH "Find an Accredited Healthcare Organisation" | Which hospitals hold NABH accreditation, the quality benchmark run under the Quality Council of India | Most nursing homes, which are not accredited; contacts beyond a front desk |
| GIMS tenders page | What a government hospital in Greater Noida is buying right now, with dates | Anything about private hospitals |
| eProcurement System, Government of Uttar Pradesh | State departments' tenders, downloadable free, with online bidding | Private hospital purchases, which never go there |
| Starleads' Uttar Pradesh hospital list | Names, contact names, mobiles, emails and addresses of private hospitals and nursing homes, by city | Who signs the purchase order today; every hospital in the city (see the limits below) |
The Clinical Establishments Act portal says the law has been adopted by "Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Bihar, Jharkhand, Assam and Haryana", and that it also applies in the union territories except the NCT of Delhi. In practice that means both Noida and Gurgaon fall under the central Act, while Delhi has its own nursing home law, which is why the three cities' hospitals are registered in three different places.
What GIMS' tender page shows about hospital buying
Government hospitals are often written off by small suppliers as "only big tenders". The GIMS page tells a different story. Its expressions of interest, dated from April 2025 to May 2026, include running a PET scan service, a cardiac centre, the TPA desk for insured patients, manpower for Ayushman and private wards, an EV charging station and hospital furniture repair. Its quotations section lists 67 items between April 2023 and March 2024, covering consumables, vaccines, equipment, civil and electrical work, and repairs.
Three lessons follow for anyone selling to hospitals in Noida:
- Services are bought as often as goods. Diagnostics, staffing, insurance desks and repairs all appear alongside equipment.
- Small purchases go out as quotations. You don't need to be a large company to quote for consumables or a repair job; you need to be on the hospital's radar when the notice goes up.
- Public and private buying are separate jobs. Watch the GIMS page, the Uttar Pradesh eProcurement portal and the Government e-Marketplace for the public side (our GeM registration guide covers the last), and use a contact list only for the private side.
What Starleads' data shows for Noida's healthcare trade
The figures below are counts of contacts in Starleads' data as seen on the list pages on 25 October 2026, not an official census of hospitals or doctors.
| List | Contacts | With a mobile | With an email |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hospitals & Nursing Homes in Uttar Pradesh | 966 (158 in Noida) | 49% | 64% |
| Doctors & Clinics in Noida | 1,490 | 96% | 57% |
| Doctors & Clinics in Ghaziabad | 1,661 | 96% | 45% |
| Chemists & Medical Stores in Noida | 441 | 100% | 67% |
| Eye Hospitals & Eye Clinics in Uttar Pradesh | 660 | 77% | 34% |
| Hospitals & Nursing Homes in Haryana (for Gurgaon and Faridabad) | 858 | 49% | 59% |
Four things stand out:
- Noida and Ghaziabad are 38% of the state list. Of the 966 Uttar Pradesh hospital rows, 207 are in Ghaziabad and 158 in Noida, ahead of Lucknow (118), Kanpur (91) and Meerut (50). For a supplier based in the NCR, more than a third of the state list is close at hand.
- Hospital rows lean on email; doctor rows lean on mobiles. Only 49% of the hospital rows have a mobile number, against 64% with an email address and 52% with a landline, because hospitals list their front office. The doctors and clinics lists are the reverse: 96% have a mobile. If you need to reach a decision maker by phone, the owner doctor of a nursing home is often in the doctors list as well.
- Clinics outnumber hospitals roughly nine to one. Against 158 hospital rows in Noida there are 1,490 doctor and clinic rows. A lab, pharma distributor or software firm selling to small practices has a far bigger market in the clinics list than in the hospitals list.
- The hospital list needs a quick clean. Its own free sample includes a few firms that serve hospitals rather than hospitals themselves. Filter on the Type column (Private Hospitals, Nursing Homes & Clinics, General Hospitals and so on) and drop the rows with no type before you call.
If you sell across India rather than in the NCR, the Hospitals & Nursing Homes in India list has 22,575 hospitals and nursing homes, 61% of them with a mobile number. The biggest city lists are below.
- Mumbai 3,858 contacts · 23% email · 78% mobile ₹499
- Pune 1,956 contacts · 41% email · 83% mobile ₹499
- Bengaluru 1,821 contacts · 31% email · 88% mobile ₹499
- Jaipur 1,503 contacts · 35% email · 83% mobile ₹499
- Hyderabad 908 contacts · 50% email · 39% mobile ₹499
- Chennai 644 contacts · 67% email · 41% mobile ₹499
- Vadodara 561 contacts · 41% email · 78% mobile ₹499
- Ahmedabad 528 contacts · 56% email · 38% mobile ₹499
- New Delhi 421 contacts · 30% email · 21% mobile ₹499
- Surat 392 contacts · 26% email · 83% mobile ₹499
- Thane 371 contacts · 52% email · 15% mobile ₹499
- Gurugram 340 contacts · 37% email · 76% mobile ₹499
Every list page shows 60 sample rows with phone numbers and emails partly masked, and the sample downloads free as an Excel file. A city or state list costs ₹499; the Insights page compares lists across cities and states. Noida also has a business directory of 92,412 contacts across every trade, and our list of companies in Noida guide walks through the city's other lists.
Who sells to Noida's hospitals
- Medical device makers and dealers. Uttar Pradesh is developing a Medical Device Park at Sector 28 of the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) area, on about 350 acres with about 195 acres for manufacturing units, according to an Invest UP note. As units open there, the hospitals of Noida and Greater Noida are the nearest market they have.
- Surgical and pharma distributors supplying hospital pharmacies and operation theatres, and chemists near hospital gates.
- Pathology labs and imaging centres seeking tie-ups with nursing homes that have neither, and the PET scan, cardiac and dialysis operators who take over a department on contract, as GIMS' own notices show.
- Hospital software firms: hospital management systems, billing, appointment and records software.
- Facility contractors for housekeeping, security, laundry, pest control and patient meals. Noida has its own facility management and security services list of 671 firms, which is useful the other way round: hospitals looking for vendors, or vendors checking competition.
- Insurance TPAs and healthcare staffing firms signing up network hospitals and supplying nurses and ward staff.
From first call to approved vendor
- Split public from private. GIMS and other government hospitals go on your tender watch list; private hospitals and nursing homes are the ones to call.
- Plan by area. Noida's addresses run by sector number, so sort the sheet by sector or PIN code and visit one cluster a day. Keep Greater Noida and Ghaziabad as separate days.
- Find the department, then the person. In a corporate hospital, the purchase office collects quotes but the user department (biomedical, lab, pharmacy, housekeeping) decides what it wants. In a nursing home, ask for the owner doctor, and call between outpatient sessions, not during them.
- Open in the language you hear. Front desks switch between Hindi and English. For example: "Namaste, main Rohit bol raha hoon, Sector 63 ki ek biomedical service company se. Hum Noida ke nursing homes ke monitors aur ventilators ka maintenance karte hain. Aapke yahan equipment kaun dekhta hai?" (I'm Rohit from a biomedical service firm in Sector 63. We maintain monitors and ventilators for nursing homes in Noida. Who looks after equipment at your hospital?)
- Have your papers ready. Expect to be asked for your GST registration, a price list, product registrations or licences where they apply, and two hospital references. Our hospitals list guide covers how hospital buying works across India.
- Follow up on the hospital's timetable. Ask when new vendors and purchases are next reviewed, by a committee or by the owner, and call back the week before.
Calling and messaging hospitals within the rules
Hospital numbers on any list are business numbers, but many nursing home owners and doctors list a personal mobile, and TRAI's rules apply to those numbers whatever list they came from:
- DND (NCPR). People who register on the National Customer Preference Register, through 1909 or their operator's app, opt out of promotional calls and SMS. Check before a promotional campaign; our DND check guide explains how.
- DLT for SMS. Promotional and service SMS must go through a provider registered on an operator's DLT platform, with a registered header and approved templates. Unregistered messages are not delivered.
- The right number series. Promotional voice calls should come from a registered telemarketer's 140-series number.
- Consent for follow-ups. End the first call by asking how the person would like to receive your rate card (SMS, WhatsApp or email) and note the answer with the date. Stop when someone says no, and remove them from your sheet.
Starleads sells lists of businesses and professionals only. It does not sell lists of patients or any other private individuals, and no hospital list should be used to contact patients.
Questions people ask
How many hospitals are there in Noida?
We have not found an official published count. Starleads' Uttar Pradesh hospital list had 158 rows in Noida on 25 October 2026; that is the count in Starleads' data, not a census, and it will miss hospitals that are not listed in the directories the data comes from.
Is there a Noida-only hospital list I can buy?
Not as a separate list. Buy the Uttar Pradesh list for ₹499 and filter the City column; you also get Ghaziabad, Lucknow, Kanpur, Meerut and the rest of the state. If you need Noida alone with more detail, browse the lists or request a custom list, and Starleads replies with a count and a price.
Does the list include Greater Noida and Ghaziabad?
Yes, both are in Uttar Pradesh, so they are in the state list. Ghaziabad has 207 rows, the most of any city in it. Delhi's hospitals are in a separate list; see our hospitals in Delhi guide. Gurgaon and Faridabad are in the Haryana list.
How do I sell to government hospitals in Noida?
Through their tenders, quotations and expressions of interest. Watch the GIMS tenders page and the Uttar Pradesh eProcurement portal, and register on GeM. A sales call won't get you onto an approved vendor list; a valid bid will.
How do I check that a hospital is genuine before I supply it on credit?
Ask for its registration under the Clinical Establishments Act and its GST number, check NABH accreditation on the NABH site if it claims it, and visit before the first credit order. A list is a starting point for finding hospitals, not a credit check.
